A simple natural quick makeup tutorial for school!

I wear this makeup almost every time I’m late for school, you know when you only have 5-15 min. To do your makeup! It’s very natural, but I think it’s very pretty though! The secret behind a Pretty makeup is that it looks like you don’t wear makeup! That it’s your natural beauty there are shining through!

But let’s get started, I hope that you can see on the pictures what I’ve done! :)

Step 1. Put on some mascara- and use a lot of it! Mascara frame your eyes, and engender the colour of your eyes!

Step 2. Use an eye primer so the eyeshadow better can stick to your eyelid! (you only have to use 1/2 drop of eye primer) - use it all over the eyelid, under your eye. and especially in the corner of the eye, and under your eyebrow  - but only if you want to highlight those two places! If not, skip Step 3!
(Eye primer from 'Make up store)

Step 3. Now you have to highlight your brows and the corner of your eye. Use a white or a very light colour!  just overdo it- you can always take some of it of later!

Step 4.  Now you use a light colour everywhere except where you have put the white. I use a golden/yellow colour from a 4-coloured eyeshadow from Maybelline.

Step 5. Now you are gonna put a bit (only a bit!) darker eyeshadow on your eyelid, and just a bit over! - and it's really just a bit! we are talking mm. here girls!

Step 6. you are now gonna put on the last colour in this look! -And it is now you decide how natural you want your look to be! But of course it depends on your skin colour! you have to put a  line over your eyelid, in the side (which turn to your ears) blend the colour out, so the line becomes thinner and thinner as you get to your noes! -you will get a sort of smokey-look this way, but it will also open up your eyes!
As a finish you can put some of the darkest colour under your eye, that will give you a bit of mysterious look.

And you are done! :)

I hope you like it.

Me and Hairspray -Test

I’m one of those girls who can’t do a hairstyle without using hairspray. Hairspray gives that finish look on a hairstyle so it says ‘’POW WOW’’! Well. I know hairspray isn’t the healthiest thing you can put in your hair - but that is why shampoo and conditioner have been invented! ;)

I asked one of my friends what she thought my next blog should be about and she told me, that she thought it should be about hairspray because I have a ‘’weakness’’ for it, and that I then could do a hairspray test!  -Brilliant Idea Katrine, Thank you!

I have tested all these hairsprays and here is the results of each of them:

(all my hair-sprays)

Got2b- from Schwarzkopf: WOW! This is one of my favorite hairsprays! This one holds a whole day, your hair will be exactly were you want it to be! and it smells of Apple :] But of course there is a little catch! if you use to much, you can see the hair-spray!- and if you tease your hair, it might hurt a bit to brush it out!

(Got 2b- from Schwarzkopf)

Max hold from Syoss: This hairspray is also one of the ''god ones'' , and as it says on the bottle  'Max hold' it gives you Max hold! - But again, if you use to much, you hair can look wet and greasy!

(Max hold from Syoss)

Shine & hold from Syoss: I bought this one a couple of months ago and I haven't used it that much, as I thought i would!  I don't think it gives you a strong hold but it gives a bit, and shine=naaah!

(Shine & hold from Syuoss)

PROYOU from Revlon: This one.. THIS is my Favorite hairspray! - this is the best I've ever had! Is gives you strong hold, and you can almost use as much as you want to, without it looks nasty! - (I THINK) one of the best things about this hairspray is that it smells of raspberry soda! Mmmmh! :) - The only catch about this hairspray is that it costs (I think it is) 130 Kr. (17,33 £.....  24 $)  But I think it's all the money worth!
(PROYOU from Revlon)

Mode from Raywell: I think this is the second best I've ever had, it's just as good as the PROYOU from Revlon, but this doesn't smells of raspberr soda! -BUT it smells okay/good :)
(Mode from Raywell)

hairspray from X-tra: This is one of the baddest I've ever had! - I CAN NOT recommend it! - It doesn't give hold at all! no shine, but nor a mat look.
(hairspray from X-tra)

Elnett Satin from L´ORÉAL PARIS: Hmmm.... what can I say about this one? It is ok.. It isn't a strong hairspray, but it gives you a finish look, and ensure that all the 'baby'- hair are at their place. -Be carefull with this one! - you can only use a bit before that your hair looks greasy!
(Elnett Satin from L´ORÉAL PARIS)

Hårlak from Kyrell: This hairspray is okay, if you aren't use to use hairspray, it gives you a bit hold, but it's not much, and your hair will get wet with it! - It takes about a minute before it dries. I think the best about this hairspray is that it's cheap!
(Hårlak from Kyrell)

taft from Swarzkopf: Eeehm.... this one smells of man haha! - It was a fail when i bought it, I didn't know that it would smell the way it do! - But it gives a strong hold!
(taft from Sxartzkopf)

Poly Swing (volume, extra strong) from Scarzkopf: It's a really good hairspray, and it's cheep! But be careful if you are one of them who use a lot of hairspray, because if you use (a lot) of this one over a long period, your hair can may fall of! (my hair began to shed more than it used to!) But don't worry- you can safely use it if you are not like me (in that period) because I used A LOT of hairspray!
(Poly Swing (volume, extra strong) from Scarzkopf)

Poly Swing (Shine, ultrastrong) from Scarzkopf: This is almost the same as the one above, besides that this is a bit stronger-Really!
(Poly Swing (Shine, ultrastrong) from Scarzkopf)

Sparkling from Got2b: To be honest, I don't think this gives a good hold at all!- But It smells like candy, it gives shine, and it gives a beautiful finish look!
(Sparkling from Got2b)

Glans spray from Matas: To give the sparkling effect this is a sparkling spray from a store in Denmark called 'Matas' and I think It costs about 35 kr. (4,66£.... 6,48 $) It's a very good sparkling spray, and I also think that it smells good!- But be careful not using to much, because your hair can look greasy then! :)

I am who I am

Welcome to my blog.

I have never blogged before, so this is my first time.
In my blog i will show you who I am, and how i put on makeup, everything from costume-makeup to galla-makeup- and the same with hairstyles.
I just want to tell you guys a bit of who I am, and why i have chosen to make a blog.
You see, I've always been passionately in love with dance,  and that is were it all started...  When you dance, and go to competitions, you'll see all these girls with beautiful makeup and hair. - You just want to look like them, and be as beautiful as them.

When I was about 11 years old, I started to put on makeup, and play with the makeup. But it was first when I was 14 I got in love to put on makeup... you see, when you put on makeup, it's like painting a picture, YOU decide how you wanna look, it's up  to you how you wanna show the world who you are! And it's exactly the same when you do your hair- It can be wild, crazy, elegant, pretty etc. Just like your personality.

Now I want to show you a bit of who I am..

I started dancing when i was 3 years old, and that was the Latin american dance, and Standard dance. But then when I was 10 I also started to Hip hop and disco dance. Dance has become a very big part of my life, and it's a very big part of who I am!

(me to the left, and my best  friend/dancing partner to the right )
                                                                                                                      (Rumba - Latin american dance)

Makeup is something I use almost everyday. It can be everything between a natural look for school, Smokey eyes for party, glittery makeup for dance-competitions etc. I like makeup which just says POW WOW!
Of course I'm NOT one of those girls who can't go to school without makeup!- I am who I am!

(A makeup a made for a Latin competition)

My hair is a big part of showing of who I am. Like the makeup I can show how wild I am, or how elegant I am...
-I do my hair almost everyday, either if it's just in a ponytail, or I have made big galla-hair.!

(Curly hair, I made when I was going to a Confirmation)
